Mainsail Margarita
• Run a lime wedge around the rim of glass and dip in a plate of coarse salt
• Combine 2 oz of blanco tequila, ½ oz orange liqueur, and 1 oz of lime juice in a cocktail shaker
• Shake with ice and strain into glass over fresh ice
• Garnish with a fresh lime wedge
Optional sweetener: Agave Nectar or Simple Syrup, to taste
