Pacific Paloma

• Moisten glass rim with a fresh lime wedge
• Turn glass upside down and twist to rim with grapefruit salt
• Fill glass with ice
• Add 2 oz tequila, 2 oz fresh squeezed grapefruit juice, 1 TBSP fresh lime juice, and 2 tsp honey syrup
• Top with 2 oz club soda and stir
• Garnish with a grapefruit wedge

Honey Syrup

• Combine 1/4 cup of honey and 1/4 of water in a small saucepan over medium heat
• Stir until honey dissolves
• Remove from heat and cool to room temperature

Grapefruit Salt

• Combine 1 TBSP coarse salt with 1 tsp finely grated grapefruit zest
